Finding your tickets

3 answers
Your tickets are emailed to you straight after purchase, to the address you used at checkout. The email contains a link to your tickets with the QR code you need at the door. If you created an account, they also live under My Tickets as mobile tickets, with the option to download each one as an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass. If the email has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder, or use Find my tickets to resend them.

First check your spam or junk folder, and make sure the email address you entered at checkout was correct. Then use Find my tickets: enter your email, confirm the 6-digit code we send you, and your tickets are shown on screen while your original confirmation email, ticket PDF attached, is re-sent straight away. No account needed. If they still do not turn up, get in touch and we will sort it.

Yes. If you checked out as a guest, everything is sent by email and the link in that email opens your tickets directly. You do not need to log in or create an account to use them.

Getting into the event

Open your ticket and show the QR code at the door, either on your phone or printed. Door staff scan it and you are in. Each QR code admits the number of people listed on that ticket.

Yes. Open your ticket and tap Add to Apple Wallet, or save it to Google Wallet on Android. Your ticket then lives in your phone wallet, so you do not need to dig through your email at the door.

No. Your phone screen is all you need. If you would rather bring a paper copy that works fine too, just make sure the QR code is clear and not cut off.

Turn your screen brightness up and make sure you are showing your most recent ticket, as transferring a ticket invalidates the old QR code. If it still will not scan, door staff can look you up using your order reference from your confirmation email.

Refunds, changes and cancellations

4 answers
Refunds are decided by the event organiser, because your payment goes directly to them. Tickts never holds your money. Check the refund policy shown on the event page, then request a refund from the organiser. If you are not sure how to reach them, get in touch and we will help.

The organiser will be in touch about refunds or a new date. If you have not heard anything, you can reach them through the event page, or contact us and we will help connect you.

Contact the organiser as soon as you can. Many are happy to adjust or refund a ticket before the event, especially if there is still time to resell it.

No. tickts never charges fans a booking fee. Some organisers choose to pass on the small card processing charge at checkout; if so, it is shown clearly before you pay. A card processing charge is not a booking fee: it is what the payment provider charges to process a card, and tickts makes nothing from it.

Transferring or reselling tickets

If the organiser has enabled transfers, open your ticket and transfer it by email. The person you send it to gets a fresh QR code, and your original ticket stops working, so there is no risk of a double scan at the door.

If the organiser has enabled resale, you can list your ticket through tickts. Once it sells, the new buyer gets a valid reissued ticket and you are refunded under the organiser terms. Look for the resale option on your ticket or the event page.

Yes. Resold tickets are reissued with a brand new QR code through tickts, so you are never relying on a screenshot or a code that has already been used. The original ticket is automatically cancelled.

You can pay with all major debit and credit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. Payments are handled securely by Stripe.

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a global payment provider. Tickts never sees or stores your card details.

Free events need no payment and no card details. You book your place and get your ticket instantly by email, exactly like a paid one.

Some events let you choose what you pay, at or above a minimum the organiser has set. Enter the amount you would like to give in the price box and that is what you are charged. It keeps the event open to everyone; you are simply never charged less than the minimum shown.

Your confirmation email doubles as your receipt. If you need a VAT or itemised receipt for an event, the organiser can provide one.

Your account

No. Guest checkout only needs your email address. An account is optional and simply keeps all of your tickets in one place for next time.

tickts adds a few standard FAQs to your event page automatically, covering things like the price, date, venue, booking fees and how tickets are delivered. They help your event show up in Google. In the event editor, open the "Automatic FAQs" section: you can reword any of them, or tick "Hide this FAQ" to drop the ones you do not want. Leave a box blank to keep the automatic wording. You can also add your own questions and answers in the "FAQs" section just above, and they appear first.

Yes. Any plan can run multi-date events, where each date has its own capacity and ticket types. A full season pass, one purchase and one scannable code that covers a whole run of fixtures or dates, with phased pricing, renewals and season-ticket-holder import, is part of our Pro plan.

Yes, on Growth and Pro. From the Marketing tab you can add your own Meta, Google and TikTok tracking. tickts fires the in-browser pixel and also sends conversions server-side, so you still measure the sales a browser pixel loses to ad-blockers and iOS. It only fires for buyers who have accepted advertising cookies, and never shares card details.
