Report intellectual property infringement

tickts respects intellectual property rights. If you are a rights holder, or are authorised to act for one, and you believe an event listing on tickts infringes your intellectual property or offers counterfeit goods, you can report it to us using the process below. We operate a notice-and-takedown process and act on valid reports promptly.

What your report must include

So we can assess and act on your report quickly, please provide all of the following. This is exactly the information the form below collects:

What happens next (end to end)

1. Acknowledgement. When you submit the form, your report goes straight to our Trust & Safety team and you receive on-screen confirmation that it has been received.
2. Review. Our team reviews the report, normally within two business days, and checks the reported listing against the information you have provided.
3. Clarification, if needed. We may contact you for more detail, and we may contact the organiser who created the listing to request a response or evidence of their rights.
4. Action. If we determine the listing infringes your rights or offers counterfeit goods, we remove or disable it. We may also warn, suspend, or remove organisers who repeatedly or seriously infringe, under our Organiser Terms.
5. Outcome. We notify you of the outcome. The affected organiser may submit a counter-statement if they believe their listing was removed in error, which we consider before any listing is reinstated.
